A Day at the Races
St Clears photographer Chris Rees recently found photographs he had taken on Epsom Downs on Derby Day 1971. Although the legendary Mill Reef won that day, Chris surprisingly turned his camera on the Epsom crowd instead. As Chris thought that it would be a shame for these interesting and historic photographs to collect any more dust, he decided to frame and exhibit them at the gallery, where he has exhibited many times before.
